The Kings plan to cut forward Labissiere and then have him play for the team’s Development League affiliate, the Stockton Kings, according to Kings reporter James Ham.
Labissiere was drafted by the Kings in the first round of the 2016 NBA Draft with the 28th overall pick and has played for the team for three years. Last season, he played for the Mexico City Captains of the Development League, averaging 8.3 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.9 caps in 23.7 minutes per game.
